Walker’s experimental batch processing, 150-gallon atmospheric, stainless steel, cone bottom Rent-A-Kettle permits you to verify production processes and equipment suitability at minimum cost.  Simulate actual operating conditions to determine optimum processing methods for creating new or improved products. Test product flavor, texture and other physical characteristics.

Verify the mixing tank design and performance before you invest in production-sized Walker processing vessels. Rent-A-Kettle can be configured to model the PZ-CB, PZ-CB-K and Multimixer formats.  With a set of casters and fork lift tubes, the Rental Kettle can be easily located within your processing facility.

150-Gallon PZ-CB-K Processor offers the following configurations:

• Counter-acting agitation
• Variable-speed scraper agitator assembly with removable nylon blades and auxiliary turbine agitator for high-speed mixing and blending
• Alternative side and bottom sweep agitator
• High shear bottom mounted agitation
• Cone bottom pitched 30° to center outlet for rapid unloading of heavy-bodied products
• Two-zone heat exchange surface, separately controllable, for processing partial batches without burn-on
